Second look: when the gel bottle is not right
This site is a brand catalogue. We show the bottles, the hold ratings, and the ingredients. We do not sell gel, take payments, or pack parcels. When a bottle arrives damaged or the hold is not what your hair needs, here is how to handle it.
How returns and refunds work with retailers
We do not take payments, pack parcels, or run a customer returns desk on this site. Every purchase happens through an independent retail partner. That partner handles shipping, replacements, and refunds under their own terms. If you want to return a bottle, you need to go directly to the retailer that sold it to you. Check the receipt or email confirmation from that seller. Do not send parcels to the corporate maker address shown on this site, because that office does not process returns or refund money.
What to do with a damaged or leaking bottle
If a bottle arrived cracked, crushed, or leaking gel into the box, the retailer that packed it needs to know. Contact customer support at the store where the purchase happened. Most sellers ask for photos of the damaged bottle and the shipping label before they send a replacement. We do not stock parcels or ship bottles from this site, so we cannot send out a replacement directly. The seller that took the payment is responsible for resolving broken packages.
When the gel hold does not suit your hair
Sometimes the bottle is fine, but the hold is too stiff or not strong enough. The catalogue has four lines. Yellow Punk is 10 of 10 for spikes that cannot move. Red Rockero is 9 of 10. Blue Gamer is 8 of 10. Green Galan is 7 of 10 for comb styles. If Punk dries too hard for your cut, try Galan next time. If Galan lets your hair flop, move up to Rockero or Punk. You can rinse the gel out with plain tap water and reset your style anytime.
