This catalogue shows our four gel lines and every format we make. We do not sell gel directly, we do not take payments, and we run no warehouse. When you purchase a bottle or jar, a retail partner handles the packing and shipping under their own store policies.

Delivery handled by the retailer

Every shipment is arranged directly by the retail partner where you made the purchase. That partner sets the postage rates, chooses the carrier, and calculates how long transit takes. We do not generate tracking numbers, we cannot look up delivery status, and we have no control over parcels in transit. For any update on a dispatch, a delay, or an address correction, check the confirmation notice sent by the seller or log into your account on the seller website.

Check the format before ordering

You can use this catalogue to compare pack sizes and containers before buying. Our gel comes in squeeze bottles and wide mouth jars across Punk, Rockero, Galan, and Gamer lines. A squeeze bottle stands upright and dispenses through a flip cap. A jar holds more product and opens flat. Knowing the container size and weight helps you select the right item on the seller store, avoiding unwanted returns or incorrect orders after the parcel arrives.

Check the cap when the parcel arrives

Liquid hair gel is heavy, and transit vibrations can sometimes loosen closures inside a shipping box. When your package arrives from the retailer, open it and inspect the cap immediately. Make sure the flip lid or screw top is tight before storing the container in a bag or cabinet. If a container opened during transit and leaked into the box, contact the seller directly to report shipping damage and request a replacement under their policy.
