Email is the only way to reach our desk. Use the address printed in the footer of this site. Write to us if you spot a wrong hold number on a page, find a broken link, or have a question about the four gel lines. We read every message about the catalogue content. There is no phone number, live chat window, or web form on this site. Send plain text by email and we will reply to catalogue questions as soon as we can.

What our desk cannot change or look up

We do not run a shop, a warehouse, or a checkout. You bought your gel from a retail partner, so that retailer handles the payment, the parcel, and the delivery date. We cannot look up an order status, change a delivery address, cancel a purchase, or issue a refund. If your bottle arrived damaged or your parcel is missing, contact the retailer you paid. They have your order history and handle all customer returns under their own policy.

The maker postal address is not a shop

The street address on our site is the corporate office of the maker, Henkel, in the US. It is an office building, not a retail shop or a collection depot. No gel is sold there and no stock is stored on the premises. Do not post parcels or return bottles to that address. Parcels sent to the corporate office cannot be processed as returns, so always take order issues back to the retailer where you made the purchase.
